AIR 42nd Annual Forum

The Association for Institutional Research will hold its third Employment Clearinghouse at the 2002 Toronto Forum. The Clearinghouse gives employers a chance to look through resumes and applicants can browse job descriptions. Employers and job applicants can then arrange face-to-face interviews in a relaxed setting of their choice. All information is confidential. Employers and job applicants are encouraged to sign in at the Clearinghouse as soon as possible after arriving at the Forum and provide contact information: Name, hotel phone and room number, e-mail, and departure date.

There is a $25 registration fee for employers. Job applicants who submit resumes are not charged. Job descriptions and resumes may be submitted electronically to air@mailer.fsu.edu; they must be received no later that 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, May 24, 2002. Materials can be submitted at the Clearinghouse. Employers must provide at least 10 copies of their job description and applicants must provide at least 10 copies of their resume. Blind ads for jobs are not accepted. Employers must be current AIR members and all participants must be registered and present at Forum.

Notebooks containing resumes and notebooks containing job descriptions will be available for viewing at the Clearinghouse (VIP Room in the Concourse). Notebooks may not be removed from the room. Copies can be made on site for a small charge.

Hours of operation for the Clearinghouse are:
Sunday - 9:00 a.m. - noon and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
